| OBJECTIVES: | To propose a strategy for the introduction of a systematic national training concept for the Palestinian water and sanitation sector, which can be used for both the development of training programmes using existing sector resources, and as a basis for seeking donor assistance in establishing new training resources and infrastructure within the overall national training policy |
